The fine print, in plain words
- The plan is an agreement between you and Pioneer Hills Dental. It is not insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance.
- Membership runs 12 months from the day you join and is paid in full at sign-up.
- Benefits are for use at Pioneer Hills Dental only and cannot be transferred to another person or office.
- The 10% discount applies to our standard fees for treatment done during your membership year, including implants, crowns, Invisalign and veneers.
- Unused cleanings do not roll over. Fees are not refundable once services have been used.
